By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. GENERAL

All orders are subject to product availability.

We aim to maintain accurate stock levels; however, in rare cases, discrepancies may occur. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer either:

  • A refund

  • A replacement (if available)

  • Waiting for restock

2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

3. DELIVERY TIMES (UK ONLY)

Handling Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Delivery Options

  • Economy Delivery: 5–8 business days (Free)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–4 business days (£15)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

4. DISPATCH TIME

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

5. CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS

We can update the delivery address before dispatch only.

Once an order has been dispatched, address changes cannot be made.

6. P.O. BOX ADDRESSES

We can ship to P.O. Box addresses via Royal Mail services only.

Courier services may not be available for P.O. Boxes.

7. TRACKING

Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link via email to monitor their shipment.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the packaging and item

If a parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. TAXES

All prices displayed on our website include applicable UK taxes where required.

10. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
